As an alternative to displaying information from aa article on the website, is is sometimes more convenient to display the information from an existing document. Examples are:

• a financial report from a spreadsheet
• the list of tools used by working parties 
• a holiday brochure from a pdf file

If you choose a menu of type RA Tools / Display a file, you can specify the name of the file and the folder to which it has been uploaded:

When the page is viewed from the front end of the website, this content of the file will be shown, optionally with a button to download it to  your computer.
