As an example of how this component has been used in practice, the documentation for the meetings of Area Council can be found on the Area website from menu Members Services > Committee Meetings (or by using the link https://staffordshireramblers.org/members-services/committee-meetings.html?event_type_id=1)

This shows all the currently planned meetings in descending date order, so is a useful reference for the dates of future meetings. On the website you will see details of meetings going back to 2020.

There are three separate columns for Agenda, Reports and Minutes. For future meetings, all three columns will probably be blank, whereas for meetings in the past all three columns will contain a Y and a blue "i" icon. By clicking on the icon you will be shown the appropriate document. If you need a hard copy print, from your browsers you may well be able to "Print" it, and the heading of the website, and the menu bar etc will not be included on the printout.

The three columns are completed progressively as the time of the meeting approaches. First the draft menu will be published, typically a couple of weeks before the meeting itself so everyone has a chance to request additions to it. Next the various Reports will be added, and will be available from the middle column. Finally, after the meeting itself, the draft Minutes will be added to the third column. You should be aware that the Agenda may well be amended right up to the last minute so it is not advisable to print off a copy too early. Similarly, some of the Reports may only become available a few days before the meeting.

Note that when a meeting is discussing "Minutes of the previous meeting", to find these on the website you will have to look in the third column of the previous meeting. These will have been available on the website for quite some time, so there should have been ample time for errors or omissions to have been raised with the Secretary and rectified beforehand.

Finally, from the list of all meetings, if you click on the Title of the meeting, you will be shown a composite display that includes as many of the three components that are present.
