1 RA Tools

Functions for displaying walks from the JSON feeds, providing a set of menus to simplify access to the functions provided by the Ramblers Library.

Various utilities and functions useful to create and maintain a local site, including:

• an elegant way of maintaing and display contact detail for Committee Members
• a simple document library
• an easy way to make available details of neighbouring Groups/Areas
• a range of tools to make public member's Routes
• a mechanism for dynamically showing content from a different website

Every one of the other extensions requires this to have been installed first.

2 RA Mailman

Fully featured component for building Mailing list and associated Subscribers. It enables simple and secure email communications between Group members.

3 RA Events

Functions for supporting events of various sorts:

• committee meetings and their associated documentation
• social events
• holidays / weekends away
• training events.

4 RA Walks

This includes a batch programme to build a local copy of walks extracted from Walks Manager by way of the JSON feed, plus a suite of reporting tools to analyse them. It could be enhanced to allow creation of a local walking programme.

5 Walks Follow

Additional functionality for led walks, allowing communications to and from the walk leader, and facilitating feedback and blogging.

6 mod_ta_tools

Support for various side-bar modules with summary details of walks from the JSON feed.

7 mod_ra_mailman

Support for a side-bar module with profile data for the current user.

8 mod_ra_events

Support for side-bar modules with summary details of Events,

9 mod_ra_wf

Support for side-bar modules with summary details of walks and feedback.
